Certified in November 2023 and with over 80 hours of teaching experience, Kendra brings an incredible passion for movement and a commitment to helping her students feel strong, confident, and motivated!
Niki Jean is a passionate retreat host and Pilates instructor, teaching both locally and internationally. Her high-energy HIIT Pilates classes combine the precision of Pilates with the intensity of HIIT, offering a low-impact, full-body workout.
Vale is a dedicated IHP/Pilates HIIT instructor with a solid background in weightlifting, committed to helping others reach their fitness goals. Jasmine brings over 10 years of yoga experience to Flow & Focus. Certified in Restorative yoga, Yin, Barre and Hatha, Jen creates a nurturing environment for students of all levels. With over 6 years of experience, Jen has cultivated a teaching style that emphasizes deep relaxation, breath awareness, and the therapeutic benefits of restorative poses.

Great question! We recommend starting with Empower Pilates or Jen’s Grow & Glow Beginner Yoga—both are designed to help you build confidence, strength, and flexibility at your own pace.
We’re inside The Beauty Social at 35 Water Street South, Cambridge, Ontario. There’s free street parking available along Water Street.
Just bring a water bottle and a great attitude! We provide all mats and equipment, so there's no need to lug anything with you.
Wear comfortable clothing you can move freely in. Think leggings, tanks, or activewear that allows you to stretch and flow with ease.

We get it—life happens! Please cancel at least 3 hours in advance to avoid losing the class credit. No-shows or late cancellations will be charged a 10$ Fee for members or a lost class pass.
